This test uses uses a sample taken from a nasopharyngeal swab to detect the nucleocapsid proteins from Respiratory Syncytial Virus, commonly known as the RSV. Test results will be made available via email and our patient portal. Depending on the volume of tests being performed that day, this can take as little as 15 minutes or until the end of the day.
